Here are some FAB styles for Spring 2015

First my favorite and is how i just got my hair cut from having long hair.  Really easy to manage i just love it!  This blunt mid-length style with absolutely no layers or feathering is great with some smoothing balm and swept back behind the ears.

I would recommend for this look  Lee Stafford Frizz Off Keratin Spray from www.boots.ie for 14.99euro but is on offer at 3 for 2 at the moment. A really great product for sleek, smooth hair.

Second finish i love is slightly different with few more layers.  Easy to achieve by curling your hair with some frizz control spray and pop some clips in to keep curls folded in and after applying your make up.  Take out and scrunch with a little bit of serum or mousse.

I would recommend these products from www.boots.ie and also on offer at 3 for 2 at the moment.  The Toni & Guy Classic Wave Memoriser 9.49euro.  Squeeze out a small amount on wet hair and dry.  Style hair and for the finish Toni & Guy Glamour Serum Drops 9.49euro. 

Thirdly if your really brave and fancy the chop ..... this fab structured bob is for you.  With layering at the back and longer at the front can really frame the face.  I am almost getting brave enough to get this done next time i sit down in my hair dressers chair.  Sure why not!?!

My Favorite Make up Pieces 

Hi ladies ... so we all have lots of Make up bits and boobs we buy and we think ......  oooohhhh i really like that....... and after about a week or so we are totally over it!   I'm very much the same when it comes to products.  So i thought id do a little BLOG on my favorite bits.

My 1st is my favorite WAKE ME UP Concealer by Rimmel.  This is just brilliant and great for just popping under the eyes with a bit of blusher in my hurry to bring my daughter to school.   Normally i find with Concealers well especially under eye ones is that if they are not worn with a foundation can look cloggy but this one doesn't.  

I also wear this with my foundation and my next favorite product is the new Rimmel LASTING FINISH FOUNDATION.   Really great coverage and again not cloggy and feels fresh on the skin.  I would sometimes have dry skin and foundation can look terrible when put on but since using this i haven't had dry skin once.  A little bit goes along way with this.

If i am going somewhere or have a bit more time to do my make up i will use the POREfessional by Benefit.  We all have some pores or fine lines that we want to conceal and this translucent and oil free Primer is perfect.  I just put a small pea size amount on the areas and then put on my foundation.  Feels so soft on your skin and really makes your make up flawless.

Ok so i am a big highlighter fan and i have two that are my favorite at the moment.  First is the Instant Glow Shimmer Brick by Seventeen.  This is my more everyday one.  I will just brush some on my cheeks after adding a blush and if you rub your finger along the top highlight strip and dab a little on my eye lids gives a quick and super way to finish your make up look in no time at all.

My 2nd favorite is Young Blood Highlighter in the Champagne.  This i keep for night time or good wear as i call it.  Just a dab of the fingers and i will put some under my eyebrows and on the tops of my cheekbones.  This really does gave an ultra special look to your foundation i just love it!!!

Its All About The Hair !!!

I love the month of January to focus on my Skin & Hair.  With being totally over the sales and waiting on the new Spring Stock to arrive its a great time of year to focus on yourself.  Hey it is called *itsallaboutme* for a reason ... lol

So my hair has become really dry and unfortunately had started to break after my last set of Highlights (oh to have naturally blonde hair!) not fully sure what happened but maybe after living in California the past year and it constantly in the sun it may have just become over dry.  Anyways i read about the Viviscal Products and couldn't wait to try them out.  Trust me i had used a sinful amount of products and treatments before i got these but to no avail.

So for the past 2 weeks ive been using the Shampoo (14.95euro), Conditioner (14.95euro) & the Serum (29.95euro).   AMAZING is an understatement, yes they may be on the higher end for price but you dont need as much of the product and by now i would have easily gone through 2 bottles of my regular conditioner and i still have some left.  The Serum will last ages not even quarter way used.  My hair is much more silkier, smoother and feels much stronger.  It doesn't have that dry frizz look about it and thankfully is not breaking anymore :-/  You can apply the Serum to wet or dry hair so i fine myself using it most days.

These are free from Parabens, Soduim Sulphate, Artificial Colours, Fragrances & Mineral Oils.

Lets Get Exfoliating 

I love to beat those January Blues by focusing on skin.  Having problem skin im always looking for new and different things to help my skin.  I wanted to purchase the Clarisonic as ive heard so much about it.  So before i take the big plunge for the Clarisonic i purchased this 3 point cleanser from Olay for only 35 euro from www.boots.ie.  I couldn't find this instore so purchased online which was great.

Comes with 150ml Skin Perfecting Cleanser but Olay products never agreed with my skin so haven't used it.   The Product itself comes with batteries which is great and has 2 speed settings.  I'm using it about 2 weeks now and i have noticed a huge difference in my skin.  Feels much softer and alot fewer blackheads.  It is also waterproof which is great for bringing into the shower.

These are the products i have been using with it and I LOVE THEM.  It doesn't dry your skin like most tea tree / witchhazel products, would highly recommend.
